Job Title: Customer Service Director

Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Service Director to lead our customer service team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in customer service, excellent communication skills, and the ability to motivate and lead a team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Direct and control daily operations
  • Evaluate daily operations
  • Plan and organize daily operations
  • Manage staff and assign duties
  • Plan budgets and monitor revenues and expenses
  • Resolve issues that may arise, including customer requests, complaints and supply shortages
  • Conduct performance reviews
  • Train or arrange for training
  • Monitor quality and production levels
  • Establish and maintain contact with suppliers

Requirements:

  • 3 years to less than 5 years of experience
  • Adaptability, analytical, efficiency, goal-oriented, proactive, time management, client focus, team player, ability to multitask
