Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Service Manager to join our team at Wajax Limited. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for leading and managing daily operations, evaluating performance, and planning and organizing tasks to ensure seamless service delivery.

Key Responsibilities

  • Direct and control daily operations to ensure efficient service delivery
  • Evaluate daily operations to identify areas for improvement
  • Plan and organize tasks to meet business objectives
  • Manage staff and assign duties to ensure effective team performance
  • Plan budgets and monitor revenues and expenses to ensure financial stability
  • Resolve issues that may arise, including customer requests, complaints, and supply shortages
  • Conduct performance reviews to assess employee performance
  • Train or arrange for training to enhance employee skills
  • Monitor quality and production levels to ensure high standards
  • Establish and maintain contact with suppliers to ensure timely delivery of goods and services

Requirements

  • 3 years to less than 5 years of experience in a customer service or operations role
  • Strong leadership and management skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines
  • Adaptability, analytical, efficiency, goal-oriented, proactive, time management, client focus, and team player skills
