Customer Service Manager

Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Service Manager to join our team at Wajax Limited. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for leading and managing daily operations, evaluating performance, and planning and organizing tasks to ensure seamless service delivery.
Key Responsibilities
- Direct and control daily operations to ensure efficient service delivery
- Evaluate daily operations to identify areas for improvement
- Plan and organize tasks to meet business objectives
- Manage staff and assign duties to ensure effective team performance
- Plan budgets and monitor revenues and expenses to ensure financial stability
- Resolve issues that may arise, including customer requests, complaints, and supply shortages
- Conduct performance reviews to assess employee performance
- Train or arrange for training to enhance employee skills
- Monitor quality and production levels to ensure high standards
- Establish and maintain contact with suppliers to ensure timely delivery of goods and services
Requirements
- 3 years to less than 5 years of experience in a customer service or operations role
- Strong leadership and management skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines
- Adaptability, analytical, efficiency, goal-oriented, proactive, time management, client focus, and team player skills
