At Fed Manutech, we are seeking a highly skilled Electrical Director to lead our R&D team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for managing R&D projects, structuring department procedures, and ensuring departmental efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Take part in the management of R&D projects
  • Structuring department procedures
  • Ensure departmental efficiency
  • Oversee financial, scheduling, and strategic aspects
  • Support technical teams in their day-to-day tasks to streamline processes
  • Coordinate internal teams to ensure smooth project closure
  • Follow up projects with customers and internal teams
  • Monitor technological and competitive developments
  • Supervise the team
  • Collaborate with all company departments

Requirements:

  • 6 to 10 years' experience in an electrical engineering position as an engineer or manager
  • Experience in renewable energies an asset
  • Experience with lithium battery products, mandatory
  • Experience in coordinating multidisciplinary teams
  • Bilingual English/French
  • Bachelor's degree in electrical engineering
  • Title ING member OIQ

What We Offer:

  • Salary: $110k - $130k depending on experience
