Are you looking to launch a career in business and sales? EMCO Corporation is seeking a highly motivated and results-driven individual to join our Sales Development Program.

The Sales Development Program is a comprehensive training program designed to equip you with the skills and knowledge necessary to succeed in a sales and business development role. Through a structured 5-phase program, you will gain hands-on experience in various aspects of our business, including sales, operations, purchasing, and account management.

As a Sales Development Trainee, you will have the opportunity to work in a dynamic and supportive team environment, where you will be encouraged to take ownership of your work and contribute to the growth and success of the company.

Key Responsibilities

  • Learn and understand our products and services
  • Develop sales and business development skills
  • Gain experience in customer service, counter sales, and order management
  • Participate in outside sales and account management
  • Develop a career path and take ownership of your professional growth

Requirements

  • Post-secondary education preferred
  • Positive attitude and results-oriented mindset
  • Excellent customer service, interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office
  • Valid driver's license with clean abstract
