We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven individual to join our Sales Development Program at EMCO Corporation. As a Sales Development Trainee, you will have the opportunity to learn and grow with our company, developing the skills and knowledge necessary to succeed in a sales and business development role.

Program Overview

Our Sales Development Program is a comprehensive training program designed to equip you with the skills and knowledge necessary to succeed in a sales and business development role. The program consists of five phases, each focusing on a different aspect of our business, including warehouse logistics, counter sales, inside sales, outside sales/account management, and career development.

Key Responsibilities

As a Sales Development Trainee, you will be responsible for:

  • Learning and understanding our products and services
  • Developing sales and business development skills
  • Working collaboratively with our team to achieve sales and business goals
  • Providing excellent customer service and support
  • Continuously learning and improving skills and knowledge

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Post-secondary education preferred
  • Positive attitude and results-oriented mindset
  • Ability to work well in a team-based environment with minimal supervision
  • Excellent customer service, interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office
  • Valid driver's license with clean abstract
