Are you eager to launch a career in business and sales? Do you have a strong work ethic and excellent communication skills? We're looking for a highly motivated and results-driven individual to join our Sales Development Program as a Sales Development Trainee.
About the Role
As a Sales Development Trainee, you will embark on a comprehensive 5-phase program that will equip you with the skills and knowledge to succeed in sales, operations, and customer service. You will learn every aspect of our business, from shipping and receiving to sales, operations, purchasing, and account management.
Key Responsibilities
• Participate in warehouse logistics and learn about our products, sales support, and customer service
• Develop counter sales skills, including order management, inventory control, and credit management
• Gain inside sales experience, processing orders from start to finish, and providing timely quotes and follow-ups
• Learn outside sales and account management skills, including finding new business opportunities, negotiating contracts, and building customer and vendor relationships

We're seeking a candidate with:
• Post-secondary education preferred
• A positive attitude and results-oriented mindset
• Excellent customer service, interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office
• A valid driver's license with a clean abstract
