Job Title: Claims Resolution Specialist

Horizon Grocery + Wellness is seeking a highly skilled Claims Resolution Specialist to join our team. As a Claims Resolution Specialist, you will be responsible for resolving customer complaints and credits in a timely and professional manner.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Handle customer calls and emails regarding complaints and credits
  • Investigate and resolve problems successfully to the customer's satisfaction
  • Document all claims and investigations
  • Collaborate with freight companies to track missing items and resolve claims
  • Follow up with customers regarding resolution and make arrangements for return of product or resale
  • Process credits and paperwork for claims
Requirements:
  • 2 years of claims or order-desk experience in a high-volume, fast-paced environment
  • Strong computer skills and experience with Microsoft Office and CRM or ERP
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to remain calm and helpful when dealing with upset customers
  • Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team
