Claims Resolution Specialist

Horizon Grocery + Wellness is seeking a skilled Claims Representative to join our team. As a Claims Representative, you will be responsible for resolving customer complaints and credits in a timely and professional manner.
Key Responsibilities:- Handle customer calls and emails regarding complaints and credits, and determine the best resolution for the customer.
- Prioritize work based on urgency and follow up with customers to ensure timely resolution.
- Investigate claims thoroughly and gather all necessary information to make informed decisions.
- Consult with freight companies to track missing items and resolve claims.
- Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and make any necessary arrangements for returns or credits.
- 2 years of experience in claims or order desk in a high-volume, fast-paced environment.
- Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Office and CRM or ERP.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with a polite and positive telephone presence.
- Ability to remain calm and helpful when dealing with upset customers.
- Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team.
