Job Title: Claims Resolution Specialist

Horizon Grocery + Wellness is seeking a highly skilled Claims Resolution Specialist to join our team. As a Claims Resolution Specialist, you will be responsible for resolving customer complaints and issues in a timely and professional manner.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Investigate and resolve customer complaints and issues related to damaged or missing items, wrong items, shipping, and other problems.
  • Communicate with customers to understand their concerns and provide solutions to resolve their issues.
  • Document all claims and investigations in our system.
  • Collaborate with our logistics team to track missing items and resolve freight claims.
  • Follow up with customers to ensure their issues are resolved to their satisfaction.
Requirements:
  • 2 years of experience in a claims or order desk role in a high-volume, fast-paced environment.
  • Strong computer skills, including experience with Microsoft Office and CRM or ERP systems.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with a polite and positive telephone presence.
  • Ability to remain calm and helpful when dealing with upset customers.
  • Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team without direct supervision.
