Job Title: Claims Representative

Horizon Grocery + Wellness is seeking a skilled Claims Representative to join our team. As a Claims Representative, you will be responsible for resolving customer complaints and credits in a timely and professional manner.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Handle customer calls and emails regarding complaints and credits, and determine the best resolution for the customer.
  • Prioritize work based on urgency and follow up with customers to ensure timely resolution.
  • Investigate claims thoroughly and gather all necessary information to make informed decisions.
  • Consult with freight companies to track missing items and resolve claims.
  • Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and make any necessary arrangements for returns or credits.
Requirements:
  • 2 years of experience in claims or order desk in a high-volume, fast-paced environment.
  • Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Office and CRM or ERP.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with a polite and positive telephone presence.
  • Ability to remain calm and helpful when dealing with upset customers.
  • Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team.
