About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Business Development Representative to join our team at LEAP Legal Software. As a Business Development Representative, you will play a critical role in driving sales growth and expanding our customer base.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct outbound calls to law firms to introduce and discuss LEAP's software solutions.
  • Use your knowledge of legal operations and workflows to generate qualified leads and schedule meetings for our Business Development team.
  • Build strong relationships with law firms through platforms like LinkedIn and Sales Navigator.
  • Achieve and exceed weekly and monthly targets, contributing to team success.
Requirements
  • Experience in the legal sector as a Legal Secretary, Paralegal, or similar role.
  • Excellent communication skills and a natural ability to connect with legal professionals.
  • Familiarity with legal operations and workflows, enabling you to speak the same language as our clients.
  • A high level of organization, attention to detail, and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
