About the Role:
Nature's Touch Inc. is seeking a detail-oriented and organized HR Coordinator to provide support to the HR team and payroll department. The ideal candidate will assist with various administrative tasks related to employee compensation, benefits, and personnel records.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform staffing for plant and warehouse positions, assisting managers in analyzing applications and conducting interviews.
- Maintain employee records and ensure compliance with all relevant regulations.
- Coordinate recruitment, including posting job openings and scheduling interviews.
- Assist with the onboarding process and conduct new hire orientations.
- Respond to employee inquiries regarding payroll, benefits, and company policies.
- Prepare and distribute HR-related documents, such as offer letters and internal communication.
- Monitor and enforce adherence to attendance policies and procedures.
- Produce and submit reports on general HR activity.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of two years of experience as an HR Coordinator.
- Knowledge of multiple HR functions and best practices.
- Knowledge of payroll practices and experience with HRIS and payroll software.
- Excellent communication skills in English.
- Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
