About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Logistics Coordinator to join our team at CHARGER GLOBAL LOGISTICS CANADA LIMITED. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for coordinating activities with other work units or departments, preparing and submitting reports, and resolving work problems.

Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinating Activities: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of logistics operations.
  • Reporting and Analysis: Prepare and submit regular reports to management, analyzing key performance indicators and providing recommendations for improvement.
  • Problem-Solving: Identify and resolve operational issues, providing technical advice and recommending measures to improve productivity and product quality.
  • Training and Development: Train workers in duties and policies, ensuring a high level of knowledge and competence within the team.
  • Work Scheduling and Procedures: Establish and maintain work schedules and procedures, ensuring efficient use of resources and minimizing downtime.
  • Operational Planning: Plan, organize, and oversee the operational logistics of the organization, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a related field.
  • Computer and Technology Skills: Proficient in MS Excel, MS PowerPoint, and MS Word.
  • Work Conditions and Physical Capabilities: Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, under pressure, with tight deadlines, and with attention to detail.
  • Personal Suitability: Excellent oral and written communication skills, organized, reliable, team player, and sound judgment.
