Logistics Coordinator

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Logistics Coordinator to join our team at Startek Logistics. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for coordinating and managing the flow of goods and materials within our organization.
Key Responsibilities- Task Management: Organize and prioritize tasks to ensure efficient completion of work.
- Logistics Planning: Plan and coordinate operational logistics, including the movement of supplies and materials between departments.
- Communication: Coordinate activities with other work units or departments to ensure seamless operations.
- Reporting: Prepare and submit regular reports to management on logistics activities and performance.
- Inventory Management: Monitor and maintain accurate inventory levels to prevent stockouts and overstocking.
- Supply Chain Management: Requisition or order materials, equipment, and supplies as needed to support operations.
- Training and Development: Provide training and guidance to staff on logistics procedures and policies.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in logistics or a related field.
- Skills: Excellent communication and organizational skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Computer Skills: Proficient in MS Excel, MS Word, and MS Office.
This is a permanent, full-time position working 35-40 hours per week. The ideal candidate will be able to work in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines and have excellent attention to detail.
