About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Logistics Coordinator to join our team at VTRANS INTERNATIONAL LOGISTICS. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for coordinating the movement of supplies and materials between departments, ensuring seamless logistics operations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Logistics Coordination: Monitor the movement of supplies and materials between departments, ensuring timely and efficient delivery.
  • Clerical Duties: Perform routine administrative tasks, including data entry and report preparation.
  • Reporting: Prepare and submit regular reports on logistics operations, including progress and other relevant metrics.
  • Regulatory Compliance: Ensure knowledge of cross-border dispatching regulations and practices, and prepare and process import and export documents as required.
  • Operational Oversight: Plan, organize, and oversee the operational logistics of the organization, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in logistics or a related field.
  • Language: English language proficiency.
  • Work Hours: 30 to 44 hours per week.
