About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Logistics Coordinator to join our team at Startek Logistics. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for coordinating and managing the flow of goods and materials within our organization.

Key Responsibilities
  • Task Management: Organize and prioritize tasks to ensure efficient completion of work.
  • Logistics Planning: Plan and coordinate operational logistics, including the movement of supplies and materials between departments.
  • Communication: Coordinate activities with other work units or departments, ensuring seamless communication and collaboration.
  • Reporting: Prepare and submit reports on logistics activities, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.
  • Training and Development: Train workers in duties and policies, and arrange training for staff to enhance their skills and knowledge.
  • Supply Chain Management: Requisition or order materials, equipment, and supplies as needed, ensuring timely delivery and minimizing disruptions.
  • Quality Control: Monitor and maintain high standards of quality, ensuring that all logistics activities meet our company's expectations.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a related field.
  • Language: Fluency in English.
  • Work Environment: Fast-paced environment with tight deadlines.
  • Personal Suitability: Excellent interpersonal skills, flexibility, and a strong work ethic.
