Ascend Fundraising Solutions is seeking a highly experienced Growth Manager to lead our lottery business line. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and executing strategies to drive revenue growth, build and scale the team, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives.

About the Role

We are looking for a results-driven leader who can think strategically, act tactically, and deliver measurable outcomes. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of driving revenue growth in a B2C environment, leveraging data-driven experimentation, and optimizing marketing campaigns across multiple channels.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Develop and Execute Growth Strategies: Build and execute plans to drive revenue growth, expand the customer base, and increase retention rates.
  2. Lead the Growth Team: Hire, manage, and develop high-performing team members, providing guidance, coaching, and support to ensure success.
  3. Data-Driven Decision Making: Leverage data analytics to inform strategic decisions, optimize marketing campaigns, and measure ROI.
  4. Channel Expertise: Develop and execute plans to leverage multiple growth channels, including paid search, paid social, programmatic, email, organic social, traditional media, and PR.
Requirements
  • 7+ years of experience in a Growth Leadership position with a focus on B2C
  • Proven track record of driving revenue growth in a B2C environment
  • Experience with data-driven experimentation and optimization of marketing campaigns
  • Strong channel expertise, with a focus on paid search, paid social, and programmatic advertising
  • Excellent leadership and management skills, with a proven ability to hire, develop, and retain top talent
