About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced Strategic Business Growth Manager to spearhead growth initiatives at Ignite Talent Solutions. The successful candidate will be responsible for formulating and implementing business development strategies, identifying opportunities, and managing client responses.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Developing and executing comprehensive business growth plans
  • Crafting and presenting pitches to secure new clients and projects
  • Collaborating with senior leadership to devise annual business development strategies and manage progress against objectives
  • Overseeing day-to-day business development support, including RFP submissions and operational policy implementation

Requirements:

  • At least 5 years of experience in business development roles, preferably in a professional service setting, ideally in a law firm
  • Superior time management and organizational abilities
  • Capacity to proactively resolve issues and navigate competing priorities in a dynamic environment
  • High level of professionalism, exceptional organization, and meticulous attention to detail

Compensation Package: We offer a competitive salary range of $120,000 - $180,000 per annum, depending on experience, as well as benefits and opportunities for career growth.
