This role requires working well under pressure in a high-volume Contact Centre environment, providing support to over 100,000 employees. You will be responsible for providing accurate information and resources on HR topics, analyzing and resolving employee-related concerns, and building strong relationships with stakeholders.
About the Role:
As an Administrative Support IV, you will require advanced administrative skills and knowledge to support complex procedures and initiatives within the department. You will work closely with operational leaders and Human Resources Business Partnerships to provide informed solutions to employees and leaders.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide accurate and timely information and resources on HR topics to employees and leaders
- Analyze and resolve employee-related concerns through investigation and problem-solving skills
- Build and foster strong working relationships with stakeholders internal and external to the organization
- Learn and apply extensive organizational knowledge of programs, processes, and systems pertaining to payroll, human resources, pension, benefits, and recruitment
Requirements:
- Some post-secondary education
- Experience working with PeopleSoft
- A minimum of one year's experience in the last five years working in Human Resources, Payroll, or Benefits
