About the Opportunity

This role is an integral part of the sales team at Zanchin Automotive Group, responsible for selling vehicles and providing exceptional customer service. Key responsibilities include:

  • Selling vehicles to achieve volume and gross profit targets
  • Acting as a liaison between the dealership and customers during the vehicle purchasing process
  • Creating and delivering compelling sales pitches
  • Listening to customers to understand their vehicle needs and wants
  • Presenting and describing vehicle specifications, features, and pricing
  • Performing vehicle road test-drives with customers

About You

We're looking for a sales professional with a strong background and proven experience in sales, including:

  • 1-3 years of successful sales experience, preferably in the automotive industry
  • Experience in customer service and the ability to have meaningful conversations
  • Proficiency in ERP systems (e.g., CDK/Reynolds) and Customer Relationship Management Systems (e.g., OneEighty, DealerTrack)
  • OMVIC license in good standing and a clean driver's abstract
  • Ability to perform basic math calculations and adapt to a changing environment
  • Strong communication and organizational skills
