About the Opportunity

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales and Leasing Consultant to join our team at Zanchin Automotive Group. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for selling vehicles and providing exceptional customer service to our clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Sell vehicles to achieve volume and gross profit targets
  • Act as the liaison between the dealership and the customer during the vehicle purchasing process
  • Create and deliver compelling sales pitches to customers
  • Listen actively to customers to understand their vehicle needs and wants
  • Present and describe vehicle specifications, features, benefits, and pricing to customers
  • Perform vehicle road test-drives with customers to demonstrate the vehicles
Requirements
  • 1-3 years of proven experience as a successful sales professional, preferably in the automotive industry
  • Experience in customer service and the ability to have meaningful conversations with customers
  • Proficiency in working with ERP systems, such as CDK/Reynolds
  • Proficiency in working with Customer Relationship Management Systems, such as OneEighty, DealerTrack
  • OMVIC license in good standing
  • Driver's License and clean Driver's Abstract
  • Ability to perform basic math calculations
  • Ability to adapt to a changing environment and meet deadlines
  • Strong ability to communicate confidently and professionally, both verbally and in writing
  • Strong attention to detail, organized, and strategic
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism
  • Ability to work independently and with minimal supervision
  • Self-motivated and driven with a passion for excellence in execution
  • A desire to work in a high-energy, fast-paced environment
  • A proven commitment to quality of work
