Job Title: Sales Consultant

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Consultant to join our team at AWIN Group of Dealerships. As a Sales Consultant, you will be responsible for selling and leasing/financing new and pre-owned vehicles to existing and new customers.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with customers to meet sales and gross profit targets.
  • Handle incoming sales traffic, qualify prospects, and arrange trade-in appraisals.
  • Liaise between prospects and sales management during negotiations and ensure smooth delivery processes.
  • Actively prospect new customers and follow up with past deliveries to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Stay up-to-date with product changes, attend sales meetings, and review performance statistics.
  • Familiarize yourself with manufacturers' sales, lease, and finance programs.
  • Make annual lease maturity contact calls with existing clients and keep apprised of competitive products.
  • Participate in off-site marketing and advertising initiatives, showroom display arrangements, and product training programs.
  • Closing sales by overcoming objections, negotiating prices, and completing sales or purchase contracts.
  • Ensure compliance with all applicable federal, provincial, and local laws governing retail auto sales.
Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Valid Ontario G or G2 Driver's Licence and clear Driver's Abstract.
  • Valid OMVIC registration.
  • Strong business acumen, professional appearance, and excellent communication skills.
  • Ability to sell the minimum quota according to dealership objectives and maintain confidentiality and professionalism.
