Job Summary

Brandt is seeking a part-time Receptionist for our Ayr Brandt Peterbilt location. This role involves general office duties and departmental assistance.

Key Responsibilities
  • Respond to inquiries from clients, candidates, and other parties
  • Refer inquiries to the appropriate individuals, divisions, or departments
  • Type forms, letters, reports, and memos as necessary
  • Receive and distribute paper correspondence
  • Assist in compiling data for reports
  • Coordinate logistical aspects of departmental programs
  • Arrange meetings and ensure presentation equipment is available
  • Present a positive and professional image of the organization
  • Provide information to staff and clients about special activities
  • Administer and manage inbound/outbound mail
  • Maintain the reception area in a tidy and presentable manner
  • Ensure office supplies are stocked and obtained at the best price
  • Coordinate employee coveralls with the vendor
Requirements
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office
  • Strong organizational skills
  • Knowledge of general office procedures
  • Able to write simple correspondence
  • General mathematical skills
  • Ability to apply understanding to carry out instructions
  • Able to maintain filing systems and databases
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Meticulous records maintenance skills
  • Superior telephone manners and strong interpersonal skills
