About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Office Manager to join our team at ATL Senior Living. As an Office Manager, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to our staff and ensuring the smooth operation of our office.

Key Responsibilities
  • Administrative Support: Provide administrative support to our staff, including answering phones, responding to emails, and preparing correspondence.
  • Office Operations: Oversee the day-to-day operations of the office, including managing supplies, maintaining equipment, and ensuring a clean and organized workspace.
  • Project Management: Assist in the planning and coordination of projects, including setting priorities, meeting deadlines, and tracking progress.
  • Financial Management: Assist in the preparation of budgets, manage expenses, and maintain accurate financial records.
  • Communication: Develop and maintain effective communication with staff, management, and external partners.
  • Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service to our residents, families, and staff.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 1 to less than 7 months of experience in an administrative role.
  • Language: Fluency in English.
  • Work Hours: 37.5 hours per week.
