About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Office Manager to join our team at Blue Sapphire Arts 09 Ltd. As an Office Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our administrative functions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Administrative Support
    • Provide administrative assistance to the management team, including preparing reports, managing schedules, and coordinating travel arrangements.
    • Develop and implement administrative procedures to improve efficiency and productivity.
  • Financial Management
    • Assist in the preparation of the operating budget and maintain inventory and budgetary controls.
    • Monitor and manage office expenses to ensure compliance with company policies.
  • Human Resources
    • Supervise and train office staff, providing guidance and support to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their duties.
    • Coordinate recruitment efforts, including posting job openings and conducting interviews.
  • Office Operations
    • Oversee the maintenance of office equipment and supplies, ensuring that they are in good working order and that inventory levels are adequate.
    • Coordinate the setup and maintenance of office systems, including phone and computer systems.
Requirements
  • Education
    • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • Experience
    • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in an administrative role
  • Skills
    • Excellent oral communication skills
    • Organized and able to multitask
    • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Working Conditions

The Office Manager will work in a fast-paced office environment, with regular interactions with staff and management. The ideal candidate will be able to work independently and as part of a team, with excellent communication and organizational skills.
