About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Office Manager to join our team at Blue Sapphire Arts 09 Ltd. As an Office Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our administrative functions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Administrative Support: Provide administrative support to the management team, including preparing reports, managing budgets, and coordinating office services.
  • Staff Supervision: Supervise a team of 3-4 staff members, providing guidance and training to ensure they have the skills and knowledge needed to perform their duties.
  • Office Operations: Oversee the day-to-day operations of the office, including managing inventory, coordinating maintenance and security services, and ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.
  • Communication: Develop and maintain effective communication channels with staff, management, and external stakeholders, ensuring that all parties are informed and up-to-date on office activities and initiatives.
  • Problem-Solving: Identify and resolve administrative issues and problems in a timely and efficient manner, minimizing disruptions to office operations.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in an administrative role.
  • Language: Fluency in English.
  • Work Hours: 35 hours per week.
