Job Summary

This Strategic Account Manager role is a critical position within TNTX, LLC's growing team focused on serving the hospital market. The successful candidate will directly support brokers and our sales group during and after the sales phase of business, assuming complete responsibility of maintaining an extremely positive relationship with clients.

As a key member of our team, you will work remotely or in our Birmingham, AL headquarters, requiring up to 50% travel. Your primary goal will be to identify client requirements, determine schedule availability, promote services, define processes, and provide quotation & contracts, acquiring customer paperwork, mediating processes, resolving issues, communicating job status, obtaining personalization signs-offs, and performing customer required data audits.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Interface with onsite hospital resources
  • Client Consultation: Plays major advisory role by providing client consultation on RxBenefits and/or PBM services and products.
  • Responsible for understanding the Client's organization & structure, knowing the Client's product/services and staying aware of Client news and changes. Communicates, monitors and assures proper billing procedures.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree required
  • 5+ years related industry experience and/or training
  • Professional experience supporting onsite hospital personnel
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
  • Thorough knowledge of Employee Benefits insurance
  • Ability to read, analyze and interpret industry policies and contract documents
Benefits

TNTX, LLC offers a competitive salary range of $80,000 - $120,000 per year, depending on experience, along with a comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, and vision insurance, 401(k) matching, and paid time off.
