RxBenefits is seeking a highly motivated Business Development Specialist to join our team focused on serving the hospital market. As a key member of our sales group, you will be responsible for identifying client requirements, promoting services, and maintaining positive relationships with our clients.

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of Employee Benefits insurance and experience supporting onsite hospital personnel. Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and ability to read, analyze, and interpret industry policies and contract documents are also required.

As a Business Development Specialist, you will work closely with our brokers and sales team to ensure seamless execution of sales activities and provide exceptional customer service to our clients. You will also be responsible for developing and maintaining effective working relationships with Pharmacy Operations, service partner contacts, and client contacts.
