We are seeking a highly motivated Strategic Account Growth Manager to join our team at Ecolab. In this role, you will be responsible for driving revenue and profit growth of programs and services in targeted accounts within the Oil and Gas industries.

Your primary focus will be on strong account leadership skills and retention of strategic accounts. You must build long-term relationships with a large customer base by understanding their key business drivers, executing system assurance programs, and selling new technologies.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in technical sales and possess excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills. Prior experience in oil and gas industry or water treatment is preferred.

This is an 18-24 month contract position with opportunities for advancement. The preferred location is Kitimat, BC, with some overnight travel required for training and meetings.

The salary range for this position is $125,000 - $135,000 per year, based on full-time 40 hours per week, and is eligible for incentive compensation based on performance.
