Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Service Desk Supervisor to join our team at CB Canada. As a key member of our IT operations team, you will be responsible for leading a team of technical support analysts and providing exceptional customer service to our clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Team Leadership: Lead and manage a team of technical support analysts, providing guidance and coaching to ensure they have the skills and knowledge needed to provide excellent customer service.
  • Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service to our clients, responding to their technical issues and resolving problems in a timely and professional manner.
  • Process Improvement: Identify areas for process improvement and implement changes to increase efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Communication: Communicate effectively with team members, clients, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless communication and collaboration.
  • Problem Solving: Analyze complex technical issues and develop effective solutions to resolve problems.
Requirements
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
  • Experience: Minimum 2 years of experience in a technical support or leadership role.
  • Skills: Strong leadership and communication skills, technical expertise, and problem-solving abilities.
