As a Customer Service Representative - French Language, you will play a critical role in delivering outstanding customer experiences, working collaboratively with our team to drive business growth and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

  • Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner, utilizing excellent French and English communication skills.
  • Utilize multiple systems and tools to research products, services, and solutions, providing recommendations and solutions to customers.
  • Document customer interactions and outcomes, including creating additional requests as needed.

Requirements

  • At least 18 years of age.

  • Excellent French and English communication skills, both oral and written.
