Job Summary

Maison Exteriors is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Recruitment Coordinator to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for identifying staffing requirements, preparing job notices, and advising applicants on employment terms.

About the Role
  • This is a full-time position with a permanent contract, working 40 hours per week in a fast-paced environment.
  • The ideal candidate will have excellent written communication skills, be able to work independently, and possess a strong attention to detail.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify current and prospective staffing needs, prepare and post job advertisements, and collect and screen applicant materials.
  • Advise job applicants on employment requirements and terms, review candidate inventories, and contact potential applicants to arrange interviews.
  • Co-ordinate selection and examination boards to evaluate candidates, notify applicants of results, and prepare job offers.
  • Provide guidance to managers and employees on staffing policies and procedures, organize staff consultation and grievance processes, and negotiate settlements of appeals and disputes.
  • Determine employee eligibility for entitlements and arrange staff training, supervise personnel clerks performing administrative tasks.

Requirements:

  • A minimum of 1 year of experience in recruitment or a related field, preferably in the construction industry.
  • An understanding of employment laws and regulations, as well as excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize multiple tasks and meet deadlines.

What We Offer:
