Maison Exteriors is a dynamic company in the construction industry, seeking an experienced and organized individual to join our team as a Staffing Coordinator.
Compensation PackageWe are offering a competitive salary of $60,000 - $80,000 per annum, commensurate with experience, to support the successful candidate's career growth and financial stability.
Job DescriptionThe Staffing Coordinator will play a critical role in identifying current and prospective staffing requirements for our private sector clients. Key responsibilities include:
- Preparing and posting job notices and advertisements to attract top talent;
- Screening applicants and advising them on employment requirements and terms and conditions;
- Coordinating selection and examination boards to evaluate candidates;
- Notifying applicants of results and preparing job offers;
- Providing guidance on staffing policies and procedures to managers and employees;
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- 1-2 years of experience in human resources or a related field;
- A college diploma or equivalent certification from a recognized institution;
- Excellent written communication skills and attention to detail;
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously;
