Job Summary

Maison Exteriors is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Staffing Coordinator to join our team. As a key member of our human resources department, you will be responsible for identifying staffing needs, managing recruitment processes, and ensuring seamless candidate evaluation and onboarding.

About the Role

This permanent full-time position offers an estimated annual salary of $45,000 - $55,000 based on experience. In addition to a competitive compensation package, we offer a dynamic work environment with opportunities for professional growth and development.

Key Responsibilities
  • Recruitment and Selection
    • Identify current and prospective staffing requirements through consultation with management and analysis of business needs;
    • Prepare and post job notices and advertisements to attract top talent;
    • Screen applicants, advise on employment requirements, and coordinate interviews with hiring managers;
    • Evaluate candidate inventories and notify applicants of results.
  • Employee Support and Onboarding
    • Provide guidance on company policies and procedures, including staff consultation and grievance processes;
    • Negotiate settlements and co-ordinate termination of employment process as needed;
    • Determine eligibility for entitlements and arrange staff training and development opportunities.
  • Administrative Duties
    • Manage personnel records, maintain accurate databases, and perform related administrative tasks;
    • Supervise personnel clerks performing filing, typing, and record-keeping duties.
