We are seeking dedicated Temporary Contract HR Coordinators for various assignments in the Vancouver area and beyond.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist with recruitment processes, including job postings and interview coordination.
  • Maintain accurate employee records and HR databases.
  • Support employee onboarding and offboarding activities.
  • Administer employee benefits and leave management.
  • Provide HR administrative support, including document preparation.
  • Ensure compliance with HR policies, procedures, and employment regulations.
  • Collaborate with team members on HR projects and initiatives.
  • Respond to HR-related inquiries and deliver excellent customer service.
Requirements:
  • Previous experience as an HR Coordinator or in HR administration.
  • Knowledge of HR practices, policies, and employment laws.
  • Proficiency in HRIS and MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
  • Proactive and customer-oriented mindset.
Salary and Benefits

The estimated hourly rate for this position is $28-42 CAD, depending on experience. As a Temporary Contract HR Coordinator, you'll enjoy flexible scheduling and the opportunity to work with various organizations.
