This exciting opportunity is available for an Administrative Support Specialist to join our team at The Richmond Academy of Dance Ltd. As an integral part of our administrative staff, you will play a key role in ensuring the smooth operation of our day-to-day activities.

  • Coordinate the flow of information within the team">
  • Direct and control daily operations">
  • Evaluate daily operations">
  • Open and distribute mail and other materials">
  • Plan and organize daily operations">

  • Record and prepare minutes of meetings, seminars, and conferences">

Requirements and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will require:

  • 1-2 years of experience in a similar administrative position">
  • Diploma or certificate in business administration or a related field">
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills">
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team">
  • Proficiency in MS Office, database software, and human resources software">
  • Basic security clearance and willingness to obtain a criminal record check">
