Family Support Specialist

Lili Zeng is seeking a dedicated and caring Family Support Specialist to join our team. As a Family Support Specialist, you will be responsible for providing top-notch care and support to families in need.
Job DescriptionThe successful candidate will assume full responsibility for the household in the absence of parents, including light housekeeping and cleaning duties, washing, ironing, and pressing clothing and household linens, as well as bathing, dressing, and feeding infants and children.
You will also be responsible for disciplining children according to the methods requested by the parents, instructing them in personal hygiene and social development, maintaining a safe and healthy environment in the home, preparing and serving nutritious meals, and preparing infants and children for rest periods.
In addition, you will supervise and care for children, tend to their emotional well-being, cook, and perform other related duties as required.
BenefitsWe offer a competitive salary of $45,000 - $55,000 per year, depending on experience. Our benefits package includes optional accommodation available at no charge on a live-in basis, public transportation options, and opportunities for professional growth and development.
