We supply our stores with gently-used, one-of-a-kind items that have been donated by the community to local nonprofit organizations. We purchase these items directly from our nonprofit partners, redirecting billions of pounds of used items away from landfills and on to our store racks and shelves for reuse, and providing our partners with valuable funding for their community-based programs and services.

Job Summary

As a Retail Supervisor at Savers / Value Village, you will play a critical role in the success of your store. You will make important decisions that directly impact the success of your store every day, and continuously develop and empower your Team Members.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage a team of Team Members to achieve store goals and objectives.
  • Make decisions that directly impact the success of your store, including inventory management, customer service, and sales.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve store performance and customer satisfaction.
  • Provide coaching and development opportunities to Team Members to enhance their skills and knowledge.
