- Financial Transactions: Authorize payments and manage cash flow within the store.
- Inventory Control: Order and manage merchandise, ensuring optimal stock levels.
- Customer Service: Address customer inquiries and resolve complaints to enhance satisfaction.
- Scheduling: Create and maintain work schedules for staff to ensure adequate coverage.
- Sales Activities: Actively sell merchandise and promote store offerings.
- Problem Resolution: Tackle issues such as supply shortages and customer requests efficiently.
- Education: Completion of secondary (high) school education is required.
- Experience: Previous experience in a retail environment is preferred, with a minimum of 1 month and up to 7 months of relevant experience.
- Strong oral communication skills.
- Flexibility and adaptability in a fast-paced environment.
- Highly organized with attention to detail.
- Dependable and trustworthy.
- A collaborative team player.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
This is a permanent position requiring a commitment of 40 hours per week, primarily in English.
