As the Retail Services Supervisor, you will play a crucial role in supporting various departments on the sales floor within a designated Sephora location. The departments include Colour, Skincare, Sephora Collection, and Fragrance, or a combination thereof. Your primary responsibility will be to ensure that all team members adhere to Sephora's sales model and deliver exceptional client service, enabling the store to meet and surpass company objectives. Additionally, you will:

  1. Sales Leadership: Guarantee that all Beauty Advisors effectively implement Sephora's selling strategies. Stay informed about the store's sales performance and identify opportunities to align the department-specific team members with sales goals.
  2. Visual Presentation: Collaborate with the Operations team to ensure that all merchandising concepts and visual displays on the sales floor meet company standards. Maintain the aesthetic appeal of the sales area and execute any necessary updates or animations.
  3. Client Engagement: Regularly assume the role of Manager on Duty within the store. Interact with both team members and clients on the sales floor whenever possible.
  4. Business Acumen: Exhibit a solid understanding of the store's sales performance and business opportunities. Ensure proper zoning on the sales floor to cater to client needs and adjust staffing levels as required to meet client expectations.
  5. Talent Development: Participate in the recruitment process for the team as needed.
