- Financial Transactions: Authorize payments made by cheque and manage cash handling.
- Inventory Control: Order merchandise and authorize returns of products.
- Scheduling: Establish and manage work schedules for staff.
- Sales Activities: Actively sell merchandise and assist customers with their needs.
- Issue Resolution: Address and resolve customer requests, complaints, and supply shortages effectively.
- Inventory Organization: Organize and maintain inventory to ensure product availability.
- Team Coordination: Supervise and coordinate the activities of sales workers.
Responsible for supervising a team of 1 to 2 individuals.
Personal Attributes- Excellent oral communication skills.
