Role Overview:

As the Services Lead in our retail environment, you will play a pivotal role in supporting various departments on the sales floor within a designated location. Your responsibilities will encompass overseeing teams in Colour, Skincare, Sephora Collection, and Fragrance, ensuring that all team members adhere to our established selling model while delivering exceptional client service to meet and surpass company goals.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Sales Management: Guide Beauty Advisors in executing Sephora's selling techniques. Stay informed about the store's sales metrics and identify opportunities for improvement, ensuring alignment with departmental objectives.
  2. Visual Presentation: Collaborate with the Operations team to maintain merchandising standards and visual displays on the sales floor. Uphold the aesthetic appeal of the store and implement any necessary updates or animations.
  3. Client Engagement: Regularly assume the role of Manager on Duty, actively interacting with both staff and clients on the sales floor.
  4. Business Acumen: Exhibit a comprehensive understanding of the store's sales performance and potential business opportunities. Adjust staffing levels and zoning on the sales floor to effectively meet client needs.
  5. Talent Development: Participate in the recruitment process for the team as required.

Qualifications:

  1. 1-3 years of experience in a similar role within a comparable retail environment.
