We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Support Specialist to join our team at SSS Estates Ltd. in an administrative role.

Job Description:

The successful candidate will be responsible for reviewing and evaluating new administrative procedures, establishing work priorities, and ensuring procedures are followed and deadlines are met.

In addition, they will carry out administrative activities of the establishment, assemble data, and prepare periodic and special reports, manuals, and correspondence.

The ideal candidate will have excellent interpersonal skills, oral communication, and written communication skills, with the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

This is a permanent position, requiring 35 hours of work per week. The language of work is English.

Requirements:

Compensation:

The estimated salary for this role is £25,000 - £30,000 per annum, depending on experience.
