Job Title: Healthcare Education Program Developer

Salary: $74,000 - $78,000 per annum

About the Position

This role plays a critical part in developing and implementing comprehensive education programs for healthcare professionals.

The successful candidate will be responsible for designing and delivering online training programs, microlearning opportunities, and peer support initiatives.

The goal is to enhance the skills and knowledge of healthcare providers in caring for individuals with dementia.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop innovative online learning platforms and resources
  • Create engaging microlearning opportunities to enhance trainee engagement
  • Design and deliver peer support initiatives to foster connection among healthcare professionals
  • Collaborate with Master Trainers to align program deliverables with training goals
  • Provide email and phone support to program trainees

About You

You have a post-secondary education or relevant degree in public health, education, gerontology, social work, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.

A master's level degree is considered an asset.

Excellent communication and organizational skills are essential for this role.
