We are seeking a skilled Registered Nurse to join our team as a Healthcare Specialist in primary care. In this role, you will collaborate with our healthcare team to provide patient-centered care, manage chronic and communicable diseases, and develop individualized care plans.

About the Role:
This is a full-time position, with an estimated salary of $44-$60 per hour. You will work 40 hours per week, with the possibility of bonus pay. Responsibilities:
* Collaborate with the healthcare team to ensure all client care needs are met
* Manage chronic and communicable disease tracking and treatment
* Develop individualized care plans, including wound care, medication administration, and other interventions
* Educate clients on healthcare needs, treatment options, and self-care techniques
* Assist physicians with various procedures, such as biopsies and IUD insertions

Requirements:
* BScN graduate from a recognized nursing program
* Active practicing registration with British Columbia College of Nurses and Midwives (BCCNM)
* Current Occupational First Aid Level 1 and CPR C certification
* 1+ years of clinical experience in a healthcare setting
