We are seeking a skilled Culinary Professional to join our team at KAYTOO RESTAURANT AND BAR. As a key member of our kitchen staff, you will be responsible for preparing and cooking complete meals and individual dishes to the highest standards.
Key Responsibilities- Food Preparation and Cooking: Prepare and cook complete meals or individual dishes and foods to meet the needs of our customers.
- Special Dietary Requirements: Prepare dishes for customers with food allergies or intolerances, ensuring their safety and satisfaction.
- Meal Preparation for Patients: Prepare and cook special meals for patients as instructed by our dietitian or chef, adhering to strict nutritional guidelines.
- Staff Training and Development: Train kitchen staff and helpers in preparation, cooking, and handling of food, promoting a culture of excellence and teamwork.
- Inventory Management: Order supplies and equipment, maintaining accurate records of food, supplies, and equipment to ensure efficient kitchen operations.
- Kitchen Supervision: Supervise kitchen staff and helpers, ensuring a clean and safe working environment.
- Cleanliness and Organization: Maintain a clean kitchen and work areas, adhering to high standards of hygiene and organization.
- Flexibility: Demonstrate flexibility in a fast-paced kitchen environment, adapting to changing demands and priorities.
- Organized: Show a high level of organization, ensuring that tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.
- Reliability: Demonstrate reliability and a strong work ethic, consistently meeting deadlines and expectations.
