We are seeking a skilled Culinary Professional to join our team at Oliver Bonacini Cafe Grill - Blue Mountain. As a key member of our kitchen team, you will be responsible for preparing and cooking high-quality meals for our guests.
Key Responsibilities- Food Preparation and Cooking: Prepare and cook complete meals or individual dishes and foods to the highest standards of quality and presentation.
- Customer Service: Prepare dishes for customers with food allergies or intolerances, ensuring their safety and satisfaction.
- Team Collaboration: Train staff in preparation, cooking, and handling of food, promoting a culture of excellence and teamwork.
- Inventory Management: Maintain inventory and records of food, supplies, and equipment, ensuring efficient use of resources.
- Cleanliness and Safety: Inspect kitchens and food service areas, ensuring a clean and safe environment for guests and staff.
- Leadership: Supervise kitchen staff and helpers, providing guidance and support to ensure the smooth operation of the kitchen.
As a Culinary Professional at Oliver Bonacini Cafe Grill - Blue Mountain, you will work in a fast-paced environment with a focus on delivering exceptional guest experiences. You will be required to stand for extended periods and handle heavy loads, making physical stamina and attention to detail essential for this role.
Requirements- Education: No degree, certificate, or diploma is required for this role.
- Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a similar role is preferred.
- Language: English is the primary language spoken in the workplace.
