About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Culinary Professional to join our team at KAYTOO RESTAURANT AND BAR. As a key member of our kitchen staff, you will be responsible for preparing and cooking complete meals and individual dishes for our customers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Food Preparation and Cooking: Prepare and cook complete meals or individual dishes and foods to the highest standards of quality and presentation.
  • Customer Service: Prepare dishes for customers with food allergies or intolerances, ensuring their safety and satisfaction.
  • Special Meals: Prepare and cook special meals for patients as instructed by our dietitian or chef, demonstrating attention to detail and a commitment to excellence.
  • Staff Training: Train kitchen staff and helpers in preparation, cooking, and handling of food, promoting a culture of teamwork and excellence.
  • Inventory Management: Order supplies and equipment, maintaining accurate inventory records and ensuring a smooth operation of the kitchen.
  • Team Leadership: Supervise kitchen staff and helpers, providing guidance and support to ensure the success of our kitchen team.
  • Cleanliness and Organization: Maintain a clean and organized kitchen and work areas, adhering to health and safety standards.
