We are a dynamic consulting firm seeking an Administrative Support Professional to join our team. This role will play a vital part in ensuring the smooth operation of our office, handling administrative tasks, and providing exceptional support to our staff.

Job Overview

This is a full-time position with an estimated salary range of $45,000 - $55,000 per annum, based on a 30-hour workweek. The ideal candidate will have a strong educational background, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Administrative Tasks:
    • Review and evaluate new administrative procedures to ensure efficiency and effectiveness;
    • Delegate work to office support staff as needed;
    • Establish work priorities and ensure procedures are followed and deadlines are met;
    • Carry out administrative activities of the establishment;
    • Perform data entry tasks accurately and efficiently.
  • Technical Skills:
    • Familiarity with MS Office suite, including MS Project, MS Excel, MS Outlook, and MS Word;
    • Proficient in using technology to enhance administrative tasks.
  • Work Environment and Physical Capabilities:
    • Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment;
    • Attention to detail and organizational skills;
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Required Qualifications:
  • A minimum of 2 years of experience in an administrative role;
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate;
  • Degree in Business Administration or a related field (an asset).
