About the Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Law Clerk to join our team at TAG HR. As a Law Clerk, you will play a critical role in supporting our clients in the private sector, specializing in Wills and Estates or Corporate Law.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide administrative support to lawyers, clerks, and staff
  • Manage email and calendars, coordinate meetings and scheduling
  • Process correspondence, manage accounts, and draft documents
  • Organize client files using document management software

Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience as a Law Clerk or Paralegal in Wills and Estates or Corporate Law
  • Law Clerk college diploma
  • Proficiency in MS Office, Document Management Software, PC Law or Ghost Practice, Docketing, Billing Time
  • Ability to collaborate with lawyers, clerks, staff, and external legal professionals
  • Independent analysis and decision-making on client files
  • Strong organizational skills for meticulous file management
